CELLULITE REDUCTION

Cellulite Treatments – Cellulite Reduction

The cause of dimpled, orange peel looking skin, commonly known as cellulite, is a mystery. Because women tend to have cellulite more than men, many believe that it’s appearance is related to hormones. One thing we are certain of, it is not related to changes in weight. Typically, it appears in the abdomen, buttocks, and thighs.

Introduction

Available cellulite reduction treatments aim to restore a smoother, firmer skin texture by enhancing skin tone, tightening skin, or reducing fat content and improving skin topography. There are several treatments currently available. Consult a local cosmetic surgeon to determine which treatment will be best for you.

  • They are unhappy with cellulite on their bodies and wish to reduce it.
  • They understand that available treatments can reduce, but not eliminate the appearance of cellulite in most cases
  • They have light-colored skin (which makes cellulite more noticeable).
